Since aging out of the foster care system 20 years ago, I've been on an unlikely journey defying the odds and crushing stereotypes. As

learning to navigate the world and capitalize on opportunity in order to build a beautiful and blessed life. Today I share the lessons I've learned, the feelings I've felt, and the struggles I've encountered building an executive career, becoming a wife and mother, and finding my purpose.
