She is the author of the compelling memoir, "Foster Kid to Executive," which chronicles her journey from the challenges of foster care to achieving executive success.

Living in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and five-year-old daughter, Mandy is passionate about making a difference in the lives of foster children. Through her speaking engagements, coaching, and writing, she aims to provide hope, guidance, and motivation to those who need it most. Mandy's mission is to ensure that every foster child knows their potential is limitless and their circumstances do not define their future.
